15 September 2011 Dear Experts

We have filed Form1, Form 18 and form 32 after necessary correction but not now the status is shown as :

PENDING UNDER REGULATION 17(6)
AS BOTH THE OPTION OF RESUB/PUCL HAVE BEEN LAPSED, THE FORM IS KEPT UNDER PFR 17(6)

Pl help out in resolving above issue.

First of all, i would like to know how many times you have resubmitted the above mentioned forms.

You may get some information through the following link about the companies Regulations "http://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/notification/pdf/GSR888%28E%29_2jan2009.pdf"

you may try to register your complaint about your situation regarding the incorporation of new company. and ask a remedy to the ROC relating to this matter.
