Do we have to send the candidature of directors or their consent letter received under 257 to all the members?

or their names are only sufficient to be intimated?

Hi!!! Pls help me by giving Affidavit format for stating that Charge is satisfied and there is no pending charge in the merged company to ROC from Directors of existing company. Thanks a ton. Awaiting Reply.

Kindly advice me upon the following case:

Mr. A holds 50,000 equity shares in a Private Limited Company. He has not made use of any nomination facility.

He is a Bachelor and his parents ceased long ago. Now suddenly Mr. A deceased and my query is to whom his shares would be transmitted?
He has only a married sister. Please clarify me on the status of his shares. To whom these shares shall vest?

Whether the married sister can claim succession to his shares ?

Hello Experts. i have filed form 23 and now it has come under re submission. the message from MCA is
"in the amended MOA & AOA, neither be signed any one of the director or be certifed by the Director. (ii)Statutory returns have filed upto date. No complaint is pending against the company. as per the instruction of ROC, the co. has to furnish auditor certificate for 50% of the revenue from the new business for the proposed name"

Is there any difference between Listed public ltd companies which shares are traded on stock exchange & the company which is not a private company but ltd company which shares are not listed on stock exchange??? Is there any benefit to ltd company which is not a pvt ltd nor its shares are traded on stock exchange means Closely held Company?? Expert please help

I need your guidance if there is any specific format for intimating members of the special notice received from one member for change of auditor?

Or just a covering with the copy of the special notice needs to be circulated to all members?
