like minimum authorised capital or minimum members, directors etc.???????

Yes, it is required to have minimum authorided share capital for using word India in proposed name.

As per new Name availability guideline, if you want to use word "India" as first word then minimum Authorised capital requirement id Rs. 50 lakhs. In case the "India" word is used without/without bracket in middle of proposed name then minimum Authorised Capital requirement is Rs. 5 lakhs.
