13 September 2012 For filing purpose class II DSC are to be issued. It is issued in the name of Director. Which can be useed in any company where the person is the director.

There is a Class III Signature which is considered most secured signatures, generally used in tender filing. It is issued with the name of the person and company as well. It can only be used in such company only.

It should be in the name of director. Not in the name of company.

21 September 2012 1. tak DIN of min 2 directors;
2. tak DSC of any one;
3. role chek the DSC
4. File Form 1A for name availbility after seraching from portal,
4. after getting name file Form 1, Form 18 and Form 32....
