As per the Section 224(1A) the Auditors needs to be appointed within 30 DAYS from the date of incorporation of a company. If we fail to do this WHAT IS PENALTY AND PROCEDURE FOR APPOINTING the Auditor.

In appoinment of First auditor for a new Company Whether Form 23B or FROM 3 is required to be filed with the ROC.

If a Public Limited company has give a loan to a pvt ltd company with common directors. What is the legal impact ?

Whther an audit report can be signed on 16.09.2012
the AGM of the company will be on 30.09.2012

Kindly let me know that can the Statutory auditor of the company demand the copies of the minutes of the Board/Members meeting for their record? As no specific section under company law authorizes as such.

If three individuals viz.X,Y and Z desires to form a new company.All of them intends to be first directors and presently they are not directors in any other company.Before submitting the form 1A to get approval of McA,they also obtained their DIN and DSC.Since the company is yet to be formed,they are unable to file Din 2 & 3 and thus unable to register their DSC with the McA.

Can they file Din 2 to the proposed company and thereafter, Din- 3 to the McA.

If not, then I think in such a situation,they have no alternative but to file Form 1A through a PcS/PcA/PwA.

Notice for default of mandatory appointment of company secretary has been issued where as client has not made any efforts for appointing the same.
So now wht should be the reply to registrar for avoiding the fine of 500 per day
If anybody has advertisement format for appointing the CS please provide me
