How to Transfer the Capital Profit to Capital Reserve Account...??
Suppose I have sold my Agricultural Land and earned 20 Lacs of Surplus. And this is exempt under income tax so what is the treatment under MAT..
whether Mat is applicable or not..??

And What are the conditions for Transfering into Capital Reserve Account..??
