Kindly let me know that can the Statutory auditor of the company demand the copies of the minutes of the Board/Members meeting for their record? As no specific section under company law authorizes as such.

It is a matter of convenience rather than Act/Law. If the auditor is demanding for record ppurpose, it is wisdomery to believe the same is needed for RECORD purposes. Although, auditor can or rather must go through the resolutions if any ab initio resolutions are passed.
