I want to form a LLP with four partner contributing Land/property as there Patners contribution.
In normal partnership firm it was general practise that contributed property is not transfered in the name of partnership firm as there is no legal requirement to do so which in turn save registration cost.

My query
Is there any legal requirement to transfer contributed property in name of LLP

What will be the stamp amount required in such case for partnership deed in West Bengal .
