19 December 2012 * If the Board meeting has been adjourned for want of quorum and in adjourned meeting also if quorum is not present then the directors present at adjourned Board Meeting form quorum ?

* Is it required to give notice of adjourned Board Meeting and adjourned General Meeting?

19 December 2012 If at the adjourned meeting the quorum is not present then the directors present would be considered as the quorum!

19 December 2012 If the meeting is adjourned for thirty days or more or if the Articles of Association of your company provide to this effect, then remember to give notice of the adjourned meeting, as in the case of an original meeting [Schedule 1, Table A, Regulation 53(3) of the Companies Act, 1956]

Notice is also not required to be given in Adjourned Board Meeting also.
