CAN A FOREIGN COMPANY PURCHASE THE SHARES OF LISTED PUBLIC COMPANY?
IF CAN,FROM WHERE THEY CAN PURCHASE? INDIAN STOCK EXCHANGE OR OUTSIDE STOCK EXCHANGE?

Yes, a foreign company can purchase Indian securities through DP.

For purchasing shares they should be registered with DP(share broker company)registered with SEBI.

All the members/shareholders must be Individuals?

Yes, a foreign company becomes shareholders of private company in India.

No, it is not mandatory that all the shareholders of company should be Individuals.
