Someone may please clarify my query as given below :

Query

Whether the Board Meeting should be a running number since its incorporation or

alternatively, for every April - March, the BM Number may start from 1.

Ans : …………..

If company had two EGMS (i.e. 1 and 2) in year 2011-2012 and if it holds another EGM in 2012-2013, should EGM Number be 3 or it can be from 1.

The Board Meeting Should be in serial not year wise. For example 64th Board Meeting or 65th Board meeting. It is not restricted from April to March.

In case of EGM, there is no such serial number. But AGM should be serial number on yearly basis.
