20 December 2012 hello Sir,

i want to incorporate a company with name called let say xyz in pvt. ltd. & there is already a registered one company with name say xyz india pvt. ltd. , so can i incorporate the company with this name??

please give me feedback as early as possible.

Yes, you can use the brand name of company already registered by taking NOC from that company, but you can not incorporate a new company with same name and style which is already registered in India.
