Whether revised schedule 6 applicable for FY 2011-12 onward or companies filing return for FY 2009-10 now also required to file as per Revised Schedule VI

We are looking for a registration of Limited company in the name of India Housing Ltd. Is registration is possible with this name with the authorised capital of Rs. 500000. Pls also inform me the additional compliance and requirements in the case of Limited company registration pre and post registration.

One of my client which is a Private Limited Company has availed finance from a Bank. Form 8 could not be filed within the time. Now the company has to file petition to CLB/RD for condonation of delay. My question is whether a CA can also appear in the case through memorandum of appearance or only CS are authorized to do that.

our company wants to increase the authorized capital, as per our MOA it says that "power to increase or reduce the capital as may be determined by the company in general meetings from time to time." my query is whether special resolution is required or not to increase the authorized capital.

Further to my query regrading wrong agm date mention in23ac , I have not issued notice to the shareholders but kept for my record since it is a pvt. company. I have reply to the ROc regarding my misatke and non provision for revision of agm date.
This cannot be a case of compunding also.

No provision for rectification in mca.

Please advise how to safeguard the Company . Because it was the mistake commited by the person filing the form.
