Due to typographical agm date was mention 30.09.2012 instaed 22/09/2012.
No provision for rectification in mca.
Notice received from ROc.
Please advise how to safeguard the Company . Because it was the mistake commited by the person filing the form.

Please check, the Notice of AGM in which what date u have mentioned, if you have mentioned 30.09.2012,so u have no escape route.
You will face penality, because, the draft notice is approved by the Board, thereafter signed by the authorised person then send to the shareholders.
So you can not says, that it is clerical mistake by employee.
