Job Description

What You Will Work On
As part of our International Tax team, you will be involved in exciting cross-border projects including:
1. International Corporate Tax Advisory, Structuring outbound and inbound investments including
Cross-border tax planning and tax-efficient operating models.
2. US Federal Corporate Tax matters and Multi-state taxation concepts.
3. Sales & Use Tax (SUT) advisory and audit support.
4. Corporate taxation across key European jurisdiction and EU tax directives and cross-border
structuring.
5. Tax implications of business expansion across Europe.
6. Transfer Pricing: Functional and economic analysis and Benchmarking studies.
7. Mergers & Acquisitions
8. Expatriate taxation planning
Our team has successfully worked on:
1. International structures spanning more than 30 countries.
2. Tax audits involving over USD 1.5 billion of matters under review and M&A transactions
exceeding USD 1.2 billion.
3. Large and complex US corporate tax compliance matters,

Skills Required

Technical Skills
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant.
2. 1–3 years of experience in taxation, transfer pricing, audit, transaction advisory or related fields.
3. Strong interest in international taxation and cross-border business.
4. Understanding of Indian corporate tax fundamentals with excellent analytical and research
skills.
