address in MOA & AOA?

Hi, any body can give me a full details of different forms needed to be submitted by a company to ROC and IT and Sales tax Department, Like forms to be submitted when any director join,,any resolution passed and forms to be submitted by Auditor to IT department For international transaction,,,etc..

I want to know if a minor can be a shareholder or initial subscriber in a company.

I have a query. In a committee meeting of a private company, out of three members, two are participating though teleconference and remaining one member is physical present. Please advise if minimum quorum of two members be waived by the members of the Committee. Articles is silent on waiver.

Dear Sirs,

I filed Form 23Ac on MCA portal and choosed pay later option. However, the payment could not be made in time and the challan expired.

Now when i try to file the form again to generate a new challan, while prescrutiny it shows Form already filed vide SRN Z9999999.

What to do in such a case?

If shares are issued to existing shareholder ,is it necessary to open new ledger folio or we should use the same ledger folio number?????

and what is the basic difference between ledger folio number and share certificate number????

Can a newly incorporated pvt ltd co. issue shares (shares for a consideration other than cash) at a premium say Rs.25 per share i.e Rs.10 par value plus Rs.25 premium aggregating the issue price to Rs.35 per share?? Please help. Your swift response would be appreciated. Thanks.

the language of section 299(3)(b) is any such general notice shall expire at the end of fy in which it is given, but may be renewed for a period of one fy at a time, by a fresh notice given in the last mth of the fy in which it would otherwise xpire

so if a general notice is given in the mth of march for a particular year, then whether it will serve the purpose of that year or it will suffice for next year as well and in next fy no need for this?

A shareholder was expired; his legal heirs wants the shares to be divided in to themselves. But original Certificate is not with them. What is the procedure to be followed?
