03 December 2013 Hi, any body can give me a full details of different forms needed to be submitted by a company to ROC and IT and Sales tax Department, Like forms to be submitted when any director join,,any resolution passed and forms to be submitted by Auditor to IT department For international transaction,,,etc..

.
.
form 23ac,aca-balance sheet and profit and loss account required to file with roc with in 30 days from agm
.
.
form 20B-annual report- to be filed with in 60 days from agm
