No it is not mandatory to mentioned. Only State name is required to be mentioned on first page of MOA.
This clause of the Memorandum shall state the State in which the registered office of the company is situated. There is no requirement to mention the address of the Registered Office here. The address of the company is required to be given in e-Form 18, which is required to be filed with the ROC at the time of registration or within 30 days thereof.
