Whole time director retire by rotation

I am having a doubt regarding directors retiring by rotation in a public compny. Please let me know, whether the concept of directors retiring by rotation is applicable to whole time Directors or not?
And in a company whether all directors be whole time directors.

Urgent- selection of names in application to roc

Can we select INDIA or Bharat as begginig name at time of submiiting form 1A to ROC for eg. India Electronics Private Limited. or Bharat Electonics Private Limited. I want guidlines for selection of such names....
