I want information about Form 5INV. Which is this form & how many days we required to fill this form ?

Under Investor Education and Protection Fund (Uploading of Information regarding unpaid and unclaimed amount lying with companies) Rules, 2012 companies are required to file 1 form 5 INV each year for furnishing complete information on unpaid and unclaimed amount lying with the Company as on the date of AGM of that year.
However, it has come to the notice of Ministry that the Companies have filed multiple forms 5 INV. To remove this and to clear the doubts, not it is clarified :
1. Any company which has filed multiple form 5 INV for uploading the information for the year 2010-11 on or before the date of issue of this circular, should again file form 5 INV and upload the details of investors in excel sheet. The process should be completed upto 31st August every year.
2. All Companies, which have not yet filed form 5 INV are allowed to file form 5 INV along with details of investors in excel template upto 31st August every year.
