Taxes on window display

my firm has get into agreemnet for hiring the place for window display . is it attract the vat or service tax?
or any other applicable tax ?

As per the companies act 2013, can private limited company accept unsecured loan from its shareholders ? and if no then the unsecured loan from shareholders how to deal with . cause no tenure(time limits like deposit) is decided . pl.do do specify related sections.

Can a Chartered Accountant in whole time practice accept an appointment as NON EXECUTIVE PROFESSIONAL DIRECTOR in a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY and draw consultation fee on monthly basis from that company? Any regulatory conditions imposed Under Managerial Remuneration or other Provisions of the NEW COMPANIES ACT 2013 or Under Professional Ethics Code of the ICAI ​in this situation?

Agreement

Can we draft a agreement for indefinite period which can be cancelled only by a notice of say xyz month....Whether the agreement shall be valid & acceptable in such case?

Loan to director

A company was incorporated in Nov'13. The director haven't put any capital into the company . If we prepare the balance sheet for Mar'14. we have to Dr. Share capital receivable and Cr. Share Capital,
1.Do this Share capital receivable represent loan give to director ,
2.Will it attract penal provision of new company act for giving/taking loan to director,
3. Can we prepare 18 months balance sheet to avoid this.

Removal of shareholders

A Pvt. Ltd. Co. has six shareholders out of which four shareholders holds 70 % of total shares while other two shareholders holds remaining 30% . Shareholders who holds 70% shares want to remove shareholders show holds 30 %. Please tell whether this is possible. If so, what is the procedure.
If this is not possible, is there any means that value of shareholding of shareholders who holds 30% shares can be brought to 2% or 3%.

Can a private limited company borrow from a private limited company in which 2 of the three shareholders of the first company are shareholders of the second company under the Companies Act,2013?

Regarding company name

one of the clinet come to our office regarding incorporation of private limited compnay with the name of " krishnas software technologies private limited" we are verified online in mca website the name is not avilable in the existing list so we are applied Form 1 A with fees paid but the mca was rejected because the name is similar names are available please suggest the solution
