I have notes on Companies Act 2013 - An Overview

I tried to upload files but hadnt been aproved dont know why...

my Last 6 files are still pending... I m not getting why my files are not being updated even when my files are downloaded in 1000's by students....

please provide a list of documents on which common seal of company to be affixed and whether it is necessary to affix on employee's experience certificates

I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE ANNUAL REPORT OF RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED FOR THE F.Y.2013-14
SIR AS PER NOTES TO ACCOUNTS DEPRECIATION ON FIXED ASSET HAVE BEEN PROVIDED AT THE RATES MENTIONED IN SCHEDULE XIV OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1956
SIR WHY DEPRECIATION HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED AT THE RATES MENTIONED IN SCHEDULE II OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2013

I had been in the CPE seminar help by ICAI few days back.. Its on companies act 2013. I just want to know that the notes received by me in that seminar can be uploaded by me on ca club or not

because there are superb notes by a CA from Bombay..

I just want those who hadnt attended that meeting can also know about the companies act 13.

Private companies

Section 179(3) read with rule 8 (5) of companies (meeting ) rule 2014:

1) Disclosure of int - first board mtng of fin year?
2) To approve fin results- the board mtng in wch fin statements are approved ?


Pls suggest for this also we have to file MGT 14 in roc. For private companies?

If any one has form 1, 18, 32 as per companies act 2013, then please tell me the amount of franking to be done for INC-9(Declaration by proposed director) & INC-10 ( verification of signature of subscribers) and DIR-2 ( for form 32)

Also if any of you has a format of letter of appointment of director of new company (pvt ltd) please provide me

If for the financial year 2013-14 auditor is appointed on or before 30th Sept.2013. Till today intimation for appointment not filed in form 23B.
Now in which form intimation will be given. As the form is not available on the MCA site.

What are the provisions regarding a company take a loan from its director under new companies act? Is there any limit regarding rate of interest ceiling for the same?
