please provide a list of documents on which common seal of company to be affixed
and whether it is necessary to affix on employee's experience certificates

Common seal is mandatory in the following documents as per Companies Act,2013:-
1) Certificate of shares or stock.
2) Power of attorney for execution of deeds.
3) Power of attorney authorizing a person to use its official seal at a place outside India.
4)On instrument of proxy executed by a body corporate.
5) On a report of the Inspector under Section 223.
6) On any document as required by Liquidator in the event of winding up.
Never affix common seal on experience certificate.
