Amount of stamp or franking to be done for company incorpora

If any one has form 1, 18, 32 as per companies act 2013, then please tell me the amount of franking to be done for INC-9(Declaration by proposed director) & INC-10 ( verification of signature of subscribers) and DIR-2 ( for form 32)

Also if any of you has a format of letter of appointment of director of new company (pvt ltd) please provide me

23 May 2014 1) INC-9 - Rs. 25/- or the rate as per the state stamp act whichever is more.

2) INC-10 - No franking is required.

3) DIR-2 - No franking is required.

4) The applicant of form 1NC-1 has to prepare a letter stating that no appointment letter is issued to the first directors since the company is in the process of incorporation. This letter should be a mandatory attachment to form INC-12.

23 May 2014 Sir are u sure there is no franking required for INC-10?? Cause we need to get it attested by Notary/Banker
And i heard that 10 rupees franking has to be done for INC-9
