Hello If any one has form 1, 18, 32 as per companies act 2013, then please tell me the amount of franking to be done for INC-9(Declaration by proposed director) & INC-10 ( verification of signature of subscribers) and DIR-2 ( for form 32)
Also if any of you has a format of letter of appointment of director of new company (pvt ltd) please provide me

1) INC-9 - Rs. 25/- or the rate as per the state stamp act whichever is more.
2) INC-10 - No franking is required.
3) DIR-2 - No franking is required.
4) The applicant of form 1NC-1 has to prepare a letter stating that no appointment letter is issued to the first directors since the company is in the process of incorporation. This letter should be a mandatory attachment to form INC-12.

Sir are u sure there is no franking required for INC-10?? Cause we need to get it attested by Notary/Banker And i heard that 10 rupees franking has to be done for INC-9
