If for the financial year 2013-14 auditor is appointed on or before 30th Sept.2013. Till today intimation for appointment not filed in form 23B.
Now in which form intimation will be given. As the form is not available on the MCA site.

The form has been changes because of the enactment of Companies Act, 2013.

You will heve to fill the pdf form and then should be digitally signed by the auditor(I.e, CA)
After doing prescruitiny by clicking on the "Prescruitiny" button after duly filling the form, you have to upload to the MCA portal.
For the same, you got to reister on MCA portal on the following link:
www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/Login.do?method=login
