Can a Company Secretary of a holding Co. be appointed as CS in its subsidiary Co, too (both the Cos. are required to appoint KMP under Companies Act 2013 but required to appoint Company Secretary)?

If form 23B not filed for F.Y 2013-14 and now Form ADT 1 is filed. Will there be any additional requirement to file Form 23B? And fees to be paid for Late Filing

is it require to mention CIN on Balance sheet also?

Dear Experts,

I filed form 21 in respect of a public limited company in order to obtain certificate of commencement of business.

The SRN for the same is approved but soft copy of the certificate is not generated as there was no option online to get the same.

I filed online complaint on MCA portal which is closed today with remarks - "there is no provision for certificate of commencement of business under companies act 2013. please verify"

Someone told me that certificate of commencement of business will be mailed by MCA directly at company's registered office.

Kindly guide as to which statement is correct - Is certificate of commencement of business is applicable to public companies under companies act 2013 or not?

It is compulsory to file every co. form MBP 1 .
Nothing in changes is shares & capital those co. also have to file said form

in private limited company one of the director is going out of India, who will be back once in 4 months in India. and this director is giving authority to the other director who will be present in the meeting in his absence for work to be done and sign the deeds and to do all the acts in his behalf....
