Change in address of a company from one state to another-reg

Sir,
I want to change address of Registered office of a company from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh and as ROC of two states is same. shall I considered it as change in address of a company from one state to another or Not ? If not, what is the process to change the address of Registered office of the company ?

Can a company obtain money/unsecured loan from a trust in which trustees of such trust are holding shares in the that Company.

Conversion of pvt ltd co. into llp

I have to change the name and object of the Co. & convert Private Limited Co. into LLP.
Should i change name and object first then convert or Firstly convert it into LLP and then change name and object??

Filing adt-1

As ADT-1 is for intimation by co. to ROC that we have appointed/re appointment of auditor...However, my query is whether co. is required to file ADT-1 when co. is doing ratification of auditor ??

Case is pvt. ltd Co. appointed auditor for 5 years from 01-04-2015 to 31-03-2016 in september 2015 & filed ADT-1....while doing ratification of auditor in 2nd year i.e AGM held in September-2016 ...Whether again ADT-1 in the year 2016 is required to be filed or not ???

Can a Pvt.Ltd.Company issue preference shares to the persons who are not equity share holders? Can proceeds of preference shares be used for repayment of existing unsecured loans? What is the longest period for which redeemable preference shares can be issued? At what price preference shares be issued? Can preference shares be issued on premium?
