please tell me the filing process for all documents related to it

What are the remedies available to a director if he is removed purposley or he is removed for malafied intentions.

For eg; A is having 51% voting rights and B is having 49% voting rights. Now A removes B, proving that B is a person in default. In this scenario what are the remedies available to B?

Do we have to file Annual forms of previous years before applying for FTE?

in my case the company is not filed annual return since incorporation.

2. We have attached scan copy of original Passport and PAN .Is it valid ? or We shall have to attached certified copy of the Photostat of Passport and PAN.

I have incorporated a Pvt ltd company under Companies Act,2013. The certificate of incorporation is received through 'check transaction status' option. But 'acknowledgement of stamp duty payment for MOA and AOA' is not received through the given e-mail.Is there any procedure to down load the same from MCA web site. If so please explain.

One partnership firm give land and building on lease of 5 years to the Pvt. Ltd. now partnership firm provide this land and building as collateral securities to its associate LLP(Limited Liability partnership) .one of partner of LLP is director in Pvt. company).Section 185 is applicable to this situation .

Lease hold right is consider as security or not??

Can Relative need to be shareholder of the Company?
Should there be need to transfer the shares to Director's Relative before accepting loan from him?

Will anybody please tell me the procedure of RoC efiling through MCA21. How do I upload the various Forms in RoC site. I am a Tax consultant & new in RoC matters. Shall I need to register by creating User ID & Password ? If yes, is the registration chargeable or free of cost ?
