one of my client has inadequate profits that is the salary paid to directors during the year is above 10% of the limit. Can any body provide me the latest per month limit for each managerial person for unlisted public company and its notification number etc.

As you are aware, MCA vide General Circular No.52/2011 dated 25 July 2011 has issued the simplified procedure for obtaining online approval of the Central Government under section 297 of the Companies Act 1956.

But the e form which is to be submitted to MCA is not mentioned therein.

Can u plz tell me the e form to be filed in this respect?

A partnership firm business is takeover by the private company. i have made a deed to takeover the business
my query is - whether stamp duty/registration is required or it can be waived. the pvt co is already formed and it is taking over the business

This is the first year of the Company.DOI 06/06/2007. And i am filing Annual Returns for FY 2007-08. I know company has defaulted. While filling Form 23ACA i have below Queries/ Errors.

1. Period of Accounts line item entry should start from 06/06/2007 or 01/04/2007 ?I tried putting both the dates but while doing pre scrutiny it shows error relating to Previous Year Start Date. DOI i have verified from MCA

3.What period should i put in Previous Year i.e YoY.column as i even tried both the dates there but it shows error.
