03 January 2012 one of my client has inadequate profits that is the salary paid to directors during the year is above 10% of the limit. Can any body provide me the latest per month limit for each managerial person for unlisted public company and its notification number etc.

06 January 2012 Follow the schedule XIII of sec 309 of the companies act 1956 or it cannot exceed more than 10 % in case of more than one director of the income of that year.
