Simplified procedure for section 297 of the companies act

Dear Frdz,
As you are aware, MCA vide General Circular No.52/2011 dated 25 July 2011 has issued the simplified procedure for obtaining online approval of the Central Government under section 297 of the Companies Act 1956.
But the e form which is to be submitted to MCA is not mentioned therein.
Can u plz tell me the e form to be filed in this respect?

File an application in Form No. 24A of the Companies (Central Government\'s) General Rules and Forms, 1956 to the Regional Director along with the necessary annexures.

Miteshji, I have seen in the said circular that the application need to be made in a new e form with new fees ( para 2).
Plz check. I believe that form 24A may not serve for the purpose.

You can download e-Form 24A with instruction kit from the MCA Website. It will serve the purpose.
