I want to prepare a MOA of ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND COMMISSION SERVICES, SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND COMMISSION SERVICES, CABLING WORK, POWER CABLING WORK, INDUSTRIAL CABLING WORK CONTRACTOR, ELECTRICAL WIRING WORK, COMMERCIAL WIRING WORK SERVICE, AMC SERVICES, COMPUTER AMC SERVICES, ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT SERVICE, ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN SERVICES ETC

1- Formation of a Joint Stock Company.
2-Name Clause:Full name of your company & your company must be Limited Company
3-Object Clause:Details activities of your company carried on.
4-Situation Clause:your company having a Registered office.
5-Liability Clause:Declaration that the liability of the shareholders are limited.
6- Capital Clause:It contains the statement as to the amount of capital with which the company proposes to be registered and the division thereof into shares at certain fixed amount.
