02 January 2012 Hi, I am kiran, Company Secretary from Hyderabad. Can a company give money to its another group company under zero coupons ?. Zero Coupon Bounds are issued at face value and can it be redeemed at premium on on face value on its maturity date ?. Is there any ceiling limit on the term ?, or any interest related issues are there ?.I request our experts to pay attention and advise me.. Thank you in advance..

02 January 2012 In case of Zero Coupon Bonds, no Interest will be charged.
Bonds to be issued at discount and redeemed at par.
