    Hello Sir, my Company is a pvt Co. and huf is one of the shareholder in the co. Managing Director of the co. is also the Karta of that HUF who is the shareholder of the Co. and My MD wants to transfer the shares of huf in the name of Co. or on his name. now my question is whether we should go for buy back procedure or just transfer the shares of the huf in the name of the director. if we go for direct transfer the members of the HUF may arise problems in respect that huf transfer his own shares in his individual capacity. wOULD YOU PL INFORM ME WHICH IS THE BETTER OPTION?
