ROC efilling Forms and respective dates:
Form 23 AC (B. Sheet, Notice, Director Report & Auditors Report) : within 30 days of AGM
Form 23 ACA (p&l) : within 30 Days of AGM
Form 20B (Annual Return) : within 60 Days of AGM
