Please advise for the followings.

1).Indenting to form a Pvt Ltd Company.
2).Proceedures to be followed for while forming a private Limited company for Manpower services, tours & travels, consultancy services,etc.
3)sample of MOA & AOA and others statutory.

04 October 2011 To Form a Private Limited Company, following are the pre-requisites:
1) At least Share Capital of Rs. 100000/-
2) At Least Two Subscribers/ Shareholders to MOA
3) At Least Two Directors (shareholders and directors can be the same person)
4) In your case, copy of License of Manpower as required to be filled along with Form 1 for filling Company Registration.
