31 December 2011 Minutes are not sent to ROC or any other authority.. u can prepare it this year according to dates.

02 January 2012 Not in all cases, but in case of Special Resolution Extract of Minutes of General Meting is also required to be filed along with the attachment

The Minutes are required to be recorded and got signed from Members within 30 Days

as far as the question of preparing of Books, you can prepare it now.

06 January 2012 As per my understanding minutes are signed by Chairman of meeting and not by Members.
