This is the first year of the Company.DOI 06/06/2007. And i am filing Annual Returns for FY 2007-08. I know company has defaulted. While filling Form 23ACA i have below Queries/ Errors.
1. Period of Accounts line item entry should start from 06/06/2007 or 01/04/2007 ?I tried putting both the dates but while doing pre scrutiny it shows error relating to Previous Year Start Date. DOI i have verified from MCA
3.What period should i put in Previous Year i.e YoY.column as i even tried both the dates there but it shows error.

In Form 23 aca you have to mention 6/6/2007 as the start date and the last date should be 31/03/2008 as you are filing for 2007-08. Now kindly check the 3rd point of Form 23ACA where you may be mentioned wrongly. So kindly check the point 3.

I have entered 06/06/2007 in the same and kept the Corresponding date row blank as it is not applicable.I even entered 01/04/2006 to 05/06/2007. Still i m getting the same error.Below is the error message.
1.Previous Financial Year End Should be greater than or equal to the Date of Incorportion of the company.
2.Previous Financial Start Date should be greater than or equal to the DOI of the company.

U have to mention the previous year end date as 31/03/2008. If you still have the problem send me the e form I will coorect it and will send to you

I appreciate your efforts. But as it is office File so i cannot send the same.It is not my personal work. How ever if you find suitable we can give a try while chatting in CA club. I remember CA Club had chat facility.
