Date of certificate

Sir,

Please Provide me Information regarding Date of Share Certificate

For Example :- I have to Issue the Share Certificate After Board Resolution have been Passed Say the Date of Resolution was 01/04/2012 , Now I will Send the Certificates for Stamp Duty Franking with Banks Say 04/04/2012 , Now the Certificates will Sign By Directors after Franking as on the Date of 06/04/2012

Now my Question is What will be the Date of Share Certificate ??
will it be 01/04/2012 or 04/04/2012 or 06/04/2012

Please reply me soon Its very urgent

Section 297

does a commission charged as on corporate gaurantee come under the services of section 297 ? please reply to the earliest.

I Have upploaded DIN 1 form on mCA portal and opt for pay later option.

But now when i am making payment then it displays error that contact helpdesk.

What should be the nominal value per shares as per Companies Act? Or is there any specified value for nominal value of a share?

Buy back of shares

hi,
our company is a public company limited by shares n unlisted. it is a manufacturer of aloe Vera products.company buys raw material(aloe vera Leaf) from directors who owns agricultural lands.they enter into MOU with company to supply raw material n in return company allots shares for the money.aloe vera leaf cost 10 (each leaf) n out of 10/- 8/- is adjusted towards share allotment,2/- will be paid in cash. our authorise capital is 25 crores n paid up capital is 20 crores.

As directors are cultivating other crops in the subjected lands they want to cancel MOU.(Reducing the area of cultivation of aloe vera). so i opted for buy back of shares kindly advise me

Integration of dpin and din number has done by mca.
If any person has only dpin number and dose not have din number, then what is the procedure for appointing that person as a director of any pvt ltd company? what is the procedure to fill various forms to ROC using dpin for apponting as a director for the that person?
