The choice is yours you can sale a building from the individual name what is the necessarily of transferring in the name of firm or in the name of a company. If you transfer it to the firm or company then you have to execute a sale deed between individuals and the firm and to get the benefit of capital gains it must be retained by either company or firm for minimum 3 years.
