Paying a hospital for poor patients' treatment with a "sponsored by" tag is a philanthropic payment, not a commercial sponsorship service. No GST under RCM applies to your company, your corporate is not supplying any service to the patients, and the core medical services provided by the hospital remain exempt from GST.
