Can minor be a director of a Pvt.Ltd.co.

i want to incorporate a pvt ltd. with the name of "NATIONAL COMPUTER SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED" what shall be the requirement of authorised cqapital

a person is appointed as a director in a pvt company on 5th of dec. company not filed form 32 to roc neither applied for DIN.

now new director got his DIN.
Now company filing form 32.
Whether there is any problem in appointment of director prior to DIN application date ?

what will be the code for MAIN DIVISION FOR THE INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY OF THE COMPANY.

I have gone through the list for the same but not sure as there is no specific code covering ADVERTISING BUSINESS.

can i write all the deatails except signature in computerised form (non manual) and get the signature of both directors done and mine too ?

i am asking because my senior(not CA) has told me that we have to fill all the details manually otherwise ROC will not accept it.
