One person met me six months ago and said me that he will join me in a good company as a supervisor?

At that time he has taken ,my one photograph, pan card, and a cheque of a bank account(that account is not in operation). He has not given me any job, but i have came to know that he has appointed me in a company as director. I have checked from mca website, but any DIN number is not allotted on my name?

How can i check that he has appointed me as a director in any company?

How can I prevent or cancel my post as director from that company?

Which authorities ( from MCA or other govt authorities)I can contact for this?

Can anyone please provide a draft resolution for change in designation of additional director from Executive to Non-Executive?

can i write all the deatails except signature in computerised form (non manual) and get the signature of both directors done and mine too ?

i am asking because my senior(not CA) has told me that we have to fill all the details manually otherwise ROC will not accept it.
