13 April 2012 a person is appointed as a director in a pvt company on 5th of dec. company not filed form 32 to roc neither applied for DIN.

now new director got his DIN.
Now company filing form 32.
Whether there is any problem in appointment of director prior to DIN application date ?

No issue, before filing to ROC with in 30 days of appointment you should have a DIN for the same.
Please check a director details on MCA portal after appointment.
