Signature on moa & aoa ???

13 April 2012 Hello everyone, i have filed form 1A. now i have to file form1. i have printout of MOA and AOA but i donot want to make any mistake in filling the following partculars.

"Names, address, descriptions,
occupation and signture
of subscribers
Number of
Equity
shares taken
by each
subscriber

Name, Address, description
Signature, and occupation
of witness"

can i write all the deatails except signature in computerised form (non manual) and get the signature of both directors done and mine too ?

i am asking because my senior(not CA) has told me that we have to fill all the details manually otherwise ROC will not accept it.

Experts are requested to clarify regarding this matter.

14 April 2012 Subscribers of MOA and AOA are required to put their name and address in their own handwriting manualy and will sign the same.

Witness of all subscribers can be a single and he will put his signature along with name and address manualy on both AOA and MOA.

14 April 2012 Agree with expert....

This subscription page of MOA and last page of AOA will be signed by the subscriber in own hand written and not any other way.

The attestation column will be filled up by person who are authorised to sign such column by promoters.
