Pls provide me the format of Board Resolution for issuing new share certificates?

Is there any criteria to add a word "INDIA" in a pvt ltd company????
like minimum authorised capital or minimum members, directors etc.???????

plz let me know about digital signature and their classes. whether is it taken at name of company or its director plz advice

If three individuals viz.X,Y and Z desires to form a new company.All of them intends to be first directors and presently they are not directors in any other company.Before submitting the form 1A to get approval of McA,they also obtained their DIN and DSC.Since the company is yet to be formed,they are unable to file Din 2 & 3 and thus unable to register their DSC with the McA.

Can they file Din 2 to the proposed company and thereafter, Din- 3 to the McA.

If not, then I think in such a situation,they have no alternative but to file Form 1A through a PcS/PcA/PwA.

Notice for default of mandatory appointment of company secretary has been issued where as client has not made any efforts for appointing the same.
So now wht should be the reply to registrar for avoiding the fine of 500 per day
If anybody has advertisement format for appointing the CS please provide me

I want to know his PAN details.
I have the DIN and the CIN of the company.

or their names are only sufficient to be intimated?

Can a Whole time director of a public co. be appointed as MD of another public Company?

Kindly advice me upon the following case:

Mr. A holds 50,000 equity shares in a Private Limited Company. He has not made use of any nomination facility.

He is a Bachelor and his parents ceased long ago. Now suddenly Mr. A deceased and my query is to whom his shares would be transmitted?
He has only a married sister. Please clarify me on the status of his shares. To whom these shares shall vest?

Whether the married sister can claim succession to his shares ?
