Hi all, A company has imported Capital Equipment from foreign supplier and decided to pay well within 3 years of receipt. (But the original payment terms of payment was 60 days, but after discussion with the supplier, Is there any mandate/procedure to report the same to RBI through our Authorized Dealer ? one private limited company has incorporated on 10/01/2012 only,,,

is it necessary to file form 23AC ,ACA, 20B for this year..

but that company has audit their a/cs year ended on 31.03.12 and filed the return..

pl anybody let me know...

As per the Section 224(1A) the Auditors needs to be appointed within 30 DAYS from the date of incorporation of a company. If we fail to do this WHAT IS PENALTY AND PROCEDURE FOR APPOINTING the Auditor.

In appoinment of First auditor for a new Company Whether Form 23B or FROM 3 is required to be filed with the ROC.

A Company wishes to appoint some other auditors in place of those rertiring at the AGM.

Please guide the procedure to be followed by the Company. Does the Company required to take NOC from the existing Auditors or it simple notify them that the Board has decided not to re-appoint them at AGM.

Kindly let me know that can the Statutory auditor of the company demand the copies of the minutes of the Board/Members meeting for their record? As no specific section under company law authorizes as such.
