We incorporate a company in the month of April,2012 so when we should fill the form 23B And other annual filling?

I will suggest you to intimate the ROC within 30 days from the date of appointment of first auditor.
This Form will be filed by auditor after appointment.
In case of Annual Filing, it will depend on your fixing the first financial year in Board Meeting.
