Sir i have submitted the online ST-1, ours is a private limited company having 7 people in the board, while filling ST-1 i gave details of Authorized signatory only i did not furnish the details other 6 directors in the form and i have uploaded the from.

Now i would like to know the consequences of the above,is it mandatory to furnish all the details of directors

can a company claim refund of the service tax for Rent paid on office premises..? or it should be expensed off when it doesn't have any output service tax to set off..? Please clarify..

One of our employee relocated to Malaysia (Our Inter company). We received the bill from transport company for relocation of baggage from Bangalore to Malayia. We paid for them also. Actually this expense will reimburse by Malaysia co, so i have to raise a debit note to Malaysia co. My question weather service tax is applicable for this reimbursement or not?

How do i change the address in service tax registration certificate?
It was issued to me in 1992 and that time i had registerd manually.
But now my address is changed and i need to intimate the department of change in my address.
Whether i have to file ST-1 again or not?
Please help me out regarding this matter.

4 individuals have rented a building consisiting of four floors to a pvt ltd co. which a runs a hospital in the building .The rent payable is Rs.1,50,000 per month to each
individual. Is service tax payable on this rentals, if payable what is the tax rate, who has to remit the service tax to govt. Thanks in advance.
