As per audit team, they had reversed the amt of service tax on construction of building. have any case study in which they have win the case
the thumb rule is to avail cenvat is there should be nexus between input and out put service and for capital goods please read definition as per CENVAT CREDIT RULES 2004 AND NOT as per Income tax or other act.
