I have done the work of rock cutting on national highway for makin road. Tell me that its include in infrastructure development category and secondly service tax is liable on this or not?

activities in realtion to road could come under commercial construction but have been specifically kept out. Alternative could be under site formation, excavation. In reagrd to the first clearly excluded - no liability. Even under site formation may not be liable. confirm second.
